A new addition to our schedule and were are excited to connect with the home school students and communities. This class defines and explores all movement patterns of life and blends ninja warrior and obstacle programming that build strength, confidence, mental fortitude and ability to never give up.
Also extremely beneficial for conditioning other sports during off season.
